- Freemium subscription, will I be charged?
With our Freemium subscription you are Not obligated to register your credit card during signup. With this subscription you will be able to use the free resources every Month absolutely free. If you have a need for some extra resources, you could Add funds with your credit card and create a prepaid balance that extra resources that you consume will balance against.
- Our business model, how does it work?
We are offering a number of self-served online subscriptions in a different price range. If you are signing up for a paid subscription you can choose a Monthly payment plan or save 20% with a Yearly plan. The Monthly charges are recurring Monthly from the day you are signing up. Each Month you will get new resources that are included in your subscription. In some cases, you will need some extra resources inside a Month and in case you will be asked to add some additional funds that will be used as a balance for charging your extra consumption of the specific resource. We have added a Simulator on the page to give you the best way to simulate your need and to see what subscription is the correct one for you. A paid subscription is giving you better prices for the consumption resources.
- Can I upgrade/ downgrade my current subscription?
Yes, feel free to change your subscription you will find the feature under the Billing menu. Your balanced funds will be used for an upgrade and if your balance is not enough you need to accept the extra payment on your credit card. With a downgrade your balanced funds will remain the same and you will keep your current subscription to the renewal date before the downgrade is happening.
- Can I have multiple Freemium subscriptions?
Yes, you can, with a new email address you will be able to sign up for another subscription and get full resources for the new account, so if you think it’s worth the time and are heroic, please be our guest. If you think we are bringing some kind of value on the table for you, adding funds to your existing account is perhaps a better alternative?
- Can I cancel my subscription?
For sure, it is easy, just enter the billing menu and click on the button cancel subscription. You will still have access to your account to the next renewal billing cycle.
