The MainBrainer CRM stores all information about the Contacts under heads called Fields. There are certain predefined fields called Default Fields, which the MainBrainer CRM provides you by default, like the First Name, Country, Mobile Number, Email, etc.
At the same time, we understand that every business is unique and might need to store custom information about their clients. Custom Fields help you do just that – create additional fields as per the data type of the data that you wish to store.
Note: You can create Custom Fields that appear universally in all your CRM Lists. Or, you can opt to create List-specific Custom Fields depending on your List-specific requirements.
