In MainBrainer, SMS Trigger Templates can be used in the following two ways:
1. Autofill the Details at the Time of Sending.
When sending an SMS campaign, you can opt to send an SMS with Template and select the relevant SMS Trigger Template in the next dropdown (See reference screenshot below)
Note: If you opt to autofill the details via the Template, it will not be possible to manually update the auto-filled entries.
2. Auto-send an SMS when a Customer Signs up his/her Mobile number for Your Promotional Messages (Single Opt-in Signups)
An SMS Trigger Template can also be used in the implementation of a single opt-in signup process wherein you can automate an SMS Sending when a customer submits his/her mobile number. Simply create an SMS Trigger Template with the relevant details, and trigger it from your Landing Page. Here’s how:
Add a Signup Form widget to your Landing Page. Next, click the Fields tab, and expand the settings for the Mobile Number field. Use the dropdown menu (highlighted in the screenshot below) to select the SMS Trigger Template that you would like to be triggered when a customer clicks the Submit button.
